Last updated: October 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Oravia (the "Site", "we", "us" or "our") handles your personal information (what we gather, how we use it and who we share it with) whenever you browse oraviaofficial.com (the "Site"), use our services, shop there, or get in touch with us in any other way (together, the "Services"). Throughout this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" refer to you as someone who uses the Services, whether as a customer, a visitor to the website, or any other person whose information we've gathered under this Privacy Policy.
Please take the time to go through this Privacy Policy. When you access or use any of the Services, you accept that your information will be gathered, used and shared in the ways explained here. If you don't accept this Privacy Policy, please don't access or use any of the Services.
Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy now and then, for instance to reflect new practices or for other reasons, whether operational, legal or regulatory. If we do, the updated policy will be posted on the Site, the "Last updated" date will change, and we'll take any other steps the law requires.

Limitation of Liability
Neither Oravia nor anyone serving it as an officer, director or employee will be liable for anything resulting from, or linked in any way to, the use of this website, whether or not a contract is involved. Oravia, along with its officers, directors and employees, accepts no liability for any special, indirect or consequential loss resulting from, or linked in any way to, the use of this website.

You agree to compensate Oravia in full for every liability, cost, claim, loss and expense that is connected in any way with your breaking any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid under applicable law, that provision will be removed and the rest will continue to apply as normal.
Transfer
Oravia is free to assign, transfer or subcontract what it is entitled or required to do under these Terms and Conditions without first notifying you. You may not do the same with any of your own rights or obligations under these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms are everything that Oravia and you have agreed about your use of this Site, and they override every earlier agreement or understanding.
Gathering and Using Your Personal Information
We need personal information to provide the Services, and we gather it, and have gathered it over the last 12 months, from the sources listed below. Exactly what we gather and use depends on how you deal with us.
Apart from the specific purposes listed below, we may use what we know about you to keep in touch, provide the Services, comply with the law, enforce our terms of service, and safeguard the Services, our own rights and those of our users and other people.
The Personal Information We Gather
The kinds of personal information we end up with depend on the way you use our Site and Services. "Personal information" here means any information that identifies you, relates to you, describes you or could be connected with you. Below, we list the categories and particular kinds of personal information we gather.
Information You Give Us Yourself
When you give us information yourself through the Services, it may include:
- Contact details such as your name, address, phone number and email.
- Order details such as your name, the addresses for billing and delivery, confirmation of payment, and your email and phone number.
- Account details such as your username, password, membership subscription preferences, security questions and anything else we use to keep your account secure.
- Shopping activity such as products you browse, put in your cart or save for later on your wishlist.
- Activity related to loyalty points, reviews you write, referrals and gift cards
- Customer support details meaning whatever you decide to tell us when you get in touch, for example in a message sent through the Services.
Some parts of the Services may only work if you give us certain details about yourself. You're free not to provide them, but you may then be unable to use or reach those parts of the Services.
NEW: Membership Subscription & Billing Details
Joining the Oravia Club Membership program means we gather and process personal information needed for billing: your name and email, the address you're billed at, and a limited amount of detail about how you pay. Those payment details are held securely by our third-party payment processor (Shopify Payments, for example).
This information is used to:
- Run your Oravia Club Membership account
- Give you your member benefits
- Collect your recurring membership fees, as our Terms of Service describe
Ahead of every billing cycle, we put a temporary authorization hold on your payment method. The hold isn't a charge; it simply checks that enough money is available before the charge goes through. If you cancel before the charge date, the hold is lifted.
Oravia Club Membership benefits, member pricing included, are provided through a private Oravia Club Portal link that we email to you once your order is confirmed. We may keep an eye on how this link is used to make sure member services reach you properly.
Information Gathered Through Cookies
We also gather some information automatically about the way you interact with the Services ("Usage Data"). We may do this with cookies, pixels and other similar tools ("Cookies"). Usage Data can cover the way you arrive at and move around our Site and your account: details about your device, browser and network connection, your IP address, clickstream and navigation data, how you use your member benefits (for example, opening discount links) and other information about how you interact with the Services.
Information We Receive from Third Parties
Lastly, third parties may give us information about you, including vendors and service providers that may gather information for us, such as:
- Businesses that power our Site and Services, for example Shopify.
- Our payment processors, which gather payment details (for example, bank account or credit/debit card information and billing address) so they can process your payment, letting us fulfill your orders and supply the products or services you've asked for under our contract with you.
- Any time you come to our Site, open or click one of our emails, or engage with our Services or adverts, we, or third parties we work with, may automatically collect some information through online tracking tools such as pixels, web beacons, software development kits, third-party libraries and cookies.
Anything we learn about you from third parties is handled under this Privacy Policy. We have no responsibility or liability for how accurate third-party information is, or for the way any third party operates or what its policies say. For more detail, see the section below, Third-Party Websites and Links.
How We Use Your Personal Information
- Providing products and services. We use your personal information to deliver the Services under our contract with you: taking your payments, fulfilling orders, notifying you about your account and about purchases, returns, exchanges or any other transaction, opening and managing your account, arranging delivery, handling returns and exchanges, and allowing you to post reviews.
-
Oravia Club Membership. Your personal information lets us sign you up for, and keep running, your Oravia Club Membership services.
- To help with your account and subscription
- To improve how the Services work for you and personalize them
- To carry out analytics and marketing
- To keep transactions secure and free of fraud
- To let you know about order updates and policy changes
- Marketing and advertising. Your personal information also helps us market and promote what we sell, for example by sending marketing, advertising and promotional messages by email, text or post, and by showing you ads for products or services. We may use it to tailor the Services and the ads you see, both on our Site and elsewhere online.
- Security and fraud prevention. We rely on your personal information to spot, investigate and respond to activity that may be fraudulent, illegal or malicious. If you register an account, keeping your login details safe is up to you, and we strongly recommend never giving your username, password or any other way into your account to another person. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away.
- Communicating with you. Your personal information also lets us give you customer support and make our Services better. This serves our legitimate interests in responding to you, serving you well and keeping our business relationship with you going.
Cookies
As with most websites, our Site uses Cookies. For details of the Cookies we use in connection with running our store on Shopify, see https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. Cookies help us run and improve our Site and Services (for example, remembering what you did and what you prefer) and carry out analytics to understand how visitors use the Services, which is in our legitimate interest in managing, improving and optimizing them. Third parties and service providers may also be allowed to set Cookies on our Site, so that what you see, including services, products and ads on our Site and on other sites, is better tailored to you.
Browsers usually accept Cookies by default, but you can change your browser settings to delete or block them. Doing so may spoil your experience and could mean that parts of the Services, including some features and basic functions, stop working properly or become unavailable. Even with Cookies blocked, information may still be shared with third parties such as our advertising partners.
Sharing Your Personal Information
There are some situations in which we may pass your personal information to third parties for legitimate reasons, always in line with this Privacy Policy. For example:
- With vendors and other third parties who provide services for us, such as running our IT, processing payments, analyzing data, supporting customers, storing data in the cloud, and fulfilling and shipping orders.
- With companies we partner with for business and marketing, which follow their own privacy notices when using your information.
- When you ask or instruct us to, or otherwise agree that we can share certain information with third parties, for example so that products can be shipped to you, or when you use login integrations or social media widgets, with your consent.
- With companies affiliated with us or otherwise in our corporate group, because running a successful business is in our legitimate interest.
- If there is a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy; when we must meet a legal obligation (for example, answering subpoenas, search warrants or similar demands); when we enforce our terms of service; and when we need to protect or defend the Services, our rights, or the rights of our users or other people.
During the past 12 months, we have shared the categories of personal information and sensitive personal information (marked *) listed below, for the purposes described above in "Gathering and Using Your Personal Information" and "Sharing Your Personal Information":
| Category | Types of Recipients |
|---|---|

We don't use or share sensitive personal information to draw conclusions about your characteristics.
User-Generated Content
The Services may let you share product reviews and other content of your own. Anything you choose to post in a public part of the Services becomes public and can be seen by anyone.
We have no control over who sees the information you decide to share with others, and we can't make sure that the people who see it will respect your privacy or keep it secure. We aren't responsible for the privacy or security of anything you make public, or for how accurate any information you disclose to, or receive from, third parties is, or how it is used or misused.
Third-Party Websites and Links
Our Site may link to websites or other online platforms that third parties run. If you follow a link to a site we aren't affiliated with or don't control, you should read its privacy and security policies and its other terms. We make no promises about, and aren't responsible for, the privacy or security of those sites, including how accurate, complete or reliable their information is. What you share in public or semi-public places, including on third-party social networks, may also be visible to other users of the Services and/or of those third-party platforms, with no restriction on how we or a third party may use it. A link on our Site doesn't, on its own, mean we endorse the content of that platform or its owners or operators, unless we say so in the Services.
Children’s Data
Children aren't the intended users of the Services, and we don't knowingly gather personal information about them. If your child has given us their personal information and you're their parent or guardian, you can get in touch using the details below and ask us to delete it.
On the date this Privacy Policy takes effect, we have no actual knowledge of “sharing” or “selling” (as those terms are defined by applicable law) personal information about anyone younger than 16.
How We Secure and Retain Your Information
Please keep in mind that no security system is flawless or impossible to break into, so we can't promise “perfect security.” Information you send us may also be exposed while it's in transit, so we suggest not using insecure channels to send us anything sensitive or confidential.
The length of time we keep your personal information for depends on several things, for example, whether it's needed to keep your account running, provide the Services, meet legal obligations, settle disputes or enforce our other contracts and policies.
Your Rights and Options
Some or all of the rights below may apply to you, depending on where you live. These rights aren't absolute and may only apply in certain situations, and in some cases we may turn down your request where the law allows.
- Right to access / know. You may be able to ask to see the personal information we have about you, along with details of how we use and share it.
- Right to delete. You may be able to ask us to erase the personal information we keep about you. Deleting your personal data can't be undone, and your account with us will be closed. SENDING US A DELETION REQUEST ERASES YOUR WHOLE ACCOUNT, INCLUDING YOUR ORAVIA CLUB MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT, ANY MEMBER CREDITS YOU HAVEN'T USED, YOUR REWARD POINTS AND YOUR ORDER HISTORY. Any member credits on your account will be wiped and can't be used afterwards. If you decide to come back to our Site later, you'll need to sign up and create a new account. If you'd rather end your Oravia Club Membership than delete your account, you can cancel your membership whenever you like by emailing us at support@oraviaofficial.com, or manage your Oravia Club Membership yourself in the Oravia Club Portal online.
- Right to correct. You may be able to ask us to fix any personal information we hold about you that's inaccurate.
- Right of portability. You may be able to get your personal information from us in a copy and ask us to send it to a third party, in certain situations and subject to certain exceptions.
- Restriction of processing: You may be able to have us stop, or cut back on, the processing of your personal information.
- Withdrawal of consent: If we process your personal information on the basis of your consent, you may be able to take that consent back.
- Appeal: If we turn down your request, you may be able to challenge that decision by replying directly to our refusal.
- Managing communication preferences: We may email you promotions, and you can stop them at any time with the unsubscribe option in those emails. Once you've opted out, you may still get emails from us that aren't promotional, such as messages about your account or orders you've placed.
Please be aware that legal or administrative requirements may mean we have to keep some information.
You can use these rights wherever our Site shows you how, or by getting in touch using the contact details below.
We won't discriminate against you for using any of these rights. Before we give you a full answer, we may need to confirm who you are by asking for information such as your email address or account details. Where applicable law allows, you can name an authorized agent to make requests for you to exercise your rights. Before we act on an agent's request, we'll ask the agent to prove that you've authorized them to act for you, and we may need you to confirm your identity with us directly. We'll reply to your request within the time that applicable law requires.
Complaints
If you'd like to complain about how we handle your personal information, please get in touch using the details below. Should our reply leave you unsatisfied, you may, based on where you live, be able to appeal our decision by contacting us at those details, or take your complaint to your local data protection authority.
International Users
Please be aware that your personal information may be moved to, kept in and processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. Our staff and our third-party service providers and partners in those countries also process your personal information.
When personal information about you is transferred out of Europe, we'll use recognized transfer mechanisms (for example the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission, or equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority in the UK where applicable), unless the destination country has been found to offer adequate protection.
SMS Marketing
Your privacy matters to us, as does the information you agree to share with us for our SMS marketing service. We use it to text you notifications about your order (including reminders about checkouts you haven't finished), marketing offers and transactional messages, including requests to review your purchase. We won't pass your text messaging opt-in data or consent to any third party other than our messaging partners, and only so that we can set up and run our text messaging program.
To be clear: your opt-in data and consent for text messages go only to our messaging partners, and only so they can help us enable and operate our text messaging program.
Cookies on our website keep track of what you put in your shopping cart, including checkouts you leave unfinished, and we use that to work out when to send you a cart reminder by text.
