Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship domestic and international orders using the shipping options below:
Free Standard Shipping - USPS: Usually arrives within 6-8 business days for orders within the US and 7-10 business days for orders shipped abroad.
Expedited Shipping - DHL: Usually arrives within 3-5 business days for orders within the US and 5-7 business days for orders shipped abroad. This option may cost between $2 and $10 USD extra.
Please be aware that demand has recently risen sharply, so our team is handling far more parcels than usual and orders may need 2-3 business days of processing before they ship. Our supply chain has been affected too, so during these busy periods delivery can take as long as 10 business days.

2. ORDER PROCESSING AND CANCELLATIONS
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of your payment being confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the following business day.

Please be aware, though, that we can't cancel an order once it has been prepared for shipping and given a tracking number.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges depend on your parcel's weight, where it's going and the shipping method you pick. You'll see the shipping charge at checkout before you complete your payment.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. You can follow your parcel by entering the tracking number from that email at our order-tracking page [Track My Order] or on the carrier's own website.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your order is shipped internationally, any customs duties, taxes or other fees charged by the destination country are paid by the customer. We aren't responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
