Every order is sent out within 1–2 business days and reaches your door within 5–7 business days.
Absolutely. If your Oravia piece doesn't make you smile, tell us within 100 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.
The guarantee covers physical items only — digital products such as eBooks aren't eligible.
Visit our Track My Order page and enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
That’s completely normal. Tracking can take up to a week from the day you order to start updating. Until then you may see “Info Received” or “Preparing your order” — that simply means your parcel is packed and on its way.
Carriers occasionally mark parcels as delivered a little early. Please allow up to 3 days for it to turn up. If it still hasn't arrived, email us and we'll make it right.
Orders move fast, so we can't always edit them once they're placed. Reach out as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can.
